If you find a few stray fibers on your pillow case in the morning, simply brush away. You may choose to use a pillowcase that is the same color as your hair.

RICH & THICK HAIR® fibers can stay in for several days if they aren’t shampooed out. Naturally, the fibers may shift over the course of a few days, but they can be easily touched up to reproduce your desired look.

RICH & THICK HAIR® dry fibers will not stain clothes, counter tops or floors if the dry fibers accidentally dropped onto any surface. Clean up is simple and easy with any dry cloth. If the fibers are wet, promptly remove any color residue with soap and water to make sure to prevent stain.

This depends on how frequently you use the product, and the coverage you are trying to achieve. RICH & THICK HAIR® has four different uses, so it will depend on how you use it. Ounce for ounce, we do offer superior ingredients for a more reasonable price per ounce than almost all other hair thickening fibers on the market.

NO. RICH & THICK HAIR® is meant to be applied only to dry hair. If hair is wet, the fibers will not adhere and will clump together. So, for the best results, always make sure your hair is completely dry first.

It depends on the type of hair oil. You can experiment with it to see if it works well or not. If you do use hair oil, be sure to use it sparingly, brush it through your hair, and before applying RICH & THICK HAIR®.

No. You can use a shampoo of your choice.

Yes. You can still comb your hair after you apply RICH & THICK HAIR®, just use a wide toothed comb. For best results, we recommend that you use our Static Free Brush for careful styling, which is a Cricket 680 Static Free Brush. You can also use your hand and fingers to pat your style into place.

It is recommended that RICH & THICK HAIR® be applied after the use of any styling products, and after all styling products are completely dry. Once your hair is styled, RICH & THICK HAIR® should be used to complete your desired look and add thickness to your thinner areas.

If you still have some reasonable amount of hair even in the thinning areas, RICH & THICK HAIR® will do wonders for you. Your hair will look fuller and completely natural even from close up, outdoors and under bright light.

For best results, we recommend at least a 1/2 inch (1 -2 cm) or longer. RICH & THICK HAIR® will not work on a bald head or shaved head, but you can use it after your shaved hair grows out.

RICH & THICK HAIR® is naturally “negatively charged”, so it is highly attracted to, and strongly attaches to your hair and scalp, which are “positively charged”. RICH & THICK HAIR® is very resistant to sweat, wind, and rain. For additional hold, you can buy hair spray and use as needed.

RICH & THICK HAIR® can stay in your hair and on your scalp for several days, or until you shampoo your hair. The fibers may shift a bit, but can be easily touched up. Many of our customers who go to the salon weekly for a shampoo or a blow out, will leave the product in their hair until their next appointment.

Apply Minoxidil (or any topical treatment) first, wait for your scalp to dry completely, and then apply RICH & THICK HAIR®. Avoid scratching or rubbing your scalp after you have finished applying.

You can choose your color by looking closely at your root color in a mirror. Make sure the room is well lit so that you can see your hair root color clearly. Your root color is the color to order. If you have highlighted ends with darker roots, match your root color. If you are in doubt, choose the darker shade. For instance, if you have trouble deciding between Light Brown and Medium Brown, choose the darker color, Medium Brown.

Colors can absolutely be mixed, and you may want to do this to find the perfect color match for the roots of your hair. To achieve a perfect color match, apply a thin layer of the darker shade of RICH & THICK HAIR®, and then apply the lighter shade of RICH & THICK HAIR® over it. Repeat if necessary to achieve the desired color and coverage. Or the colors can be mixed in the RICH & THICK HAIR® applicator Powder Jar and applied with on of our Application Brushes.
